Useful Summer Strong Care Tips You Should Try
Summer is in full-swing but so is the sun and the heat. This is why I have a love-hate relationship with this season. Don't want the weather to ruin the fun? Here are some of my useful summer strong care tips on how to have fun while under the sun:
1. Exfoliate
A few weeks before your trip, buff your skin by adding exfoliating body wash or sugar scrubs to your body skin care routine. I do this twice or thrice a week to remove dry and dead skin. Slather with moisturizer or lotion after bath to lock in hydration and for that summer glow effect.
2. Remove unwanted hair
Sugaring unwanted body hair makes you skin smooth, soft and more appealing. Opt for a sugaring salon that uses organic ingredients. Maybe you want to try this salon I reviewed here.
3. Tone Up
It's not too late to achieve a swimsuit ready body. Shape up and try a new exercise to improve your fitness and whole body wellness. I'll be blogging about my new found sport this summer, you might be interested in that too.
4. Cool Off
Whenever you go to the beach, carry around a face mist to hydrate your face and body while out in the sun. Bring your portable fan too, not because it's trending but because you need it.
5. Update your OOTD.
Aside from your tinnie winnie yellow polka dot bikini, do stock up on sun hats, sunnies, and lightweight or breathable clothes this season. In my case, I like wearing white on white, lakas maka-Madame!
Janine, Elaine, Myrra and Claire are also looking fab in white.
Loving Cassey's boho chic earrings.
6. Protect your hair from the sun.
Our hair are under constant attack by the sun's UV rays, the chlorine in swimming pools and the salt in beach waters. It's best to use a shampoo that can protect your hair from root to tip and a conditioner that repairs damaged hair and moisturizes it too. The NEW Limited Edition Pantene UV Rescue Shampoo and 3 Minute Miracle Conditioner are your best friends to having hair stronger than the sun.
Celebrities and influencers Gabbi Garcia, Jasmine Curtis-Smith, Alodia Gosiengfiao, Joyce Pring, Say Tioco, Anna Cay and Dennise Lazaro all agree to that too.
In fact, Gabbi and Jasmine recommend using Pantene UV Rescue 3 Minute Miracle twice. It's before and after swimming.
